TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person (including any former part-time employee (or his or her dependants) of the Companies participating in the Anglo Corporation Pension Scheme) having an entitlement to benefit under the trust documentation governing the Anglo Corporation Pension Scheme or a claim against the Trustee of the Anglo Corporation Pension Scheme is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim to the Trustee, whose address is c/o Pinsent Curtis, 41 Park Square, Leeds LS1 2NS, on or before 31st December 1999, after which date the Trustee will apply the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interest of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demands they shall not then have had notice.
