THE CONAC LTD. RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME

Any person having any claim aginst or interest in the Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest before the expiry of a period of 3 months from the date of this publication, after which time the assets of the Scheme will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled under the Scheme. In making the distribution the Trustees will have regard only to thr claims and interests which they have received notice of beforr the expiry of the said 3 month period. Claims shoulf be made in writing and sent Recorded Delivery to the Trustees, c/o Mr. D. Pascoe, The Heath Consutling Co. Ltd., 175 King’s Road, Reading RG1 4EY.
