Notice of Intended Dividends

PILKINGTON PAINT SUPPLIES COMPANY LIMITED (formerly known as Church Paint and Varnish Company Limited)

I hereby give notice that I am the Liquidator of the above-named Company, having been appointed on 3rd November 1995, and that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to Creditors. You claim/might claim to be a Creditor of the Company but have not yet lodged a proof of debt. If you do not prove your debt on or before the close of business on Wednesday, 15th December 1999, I shall proceed to declare a Final Dividend without regard to your claim.
