Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 3rd August 1999 and enrolled in The Royal Courts of Justice of England and Wales on 1st September 1999, the Nottinghamshire County Council having full custody, care and control of Tanya Lisa Marie Armstrong, of Cornerways, 57 Lynwood Road, Redhill, Surrey RH1 1JR, a Minor British Citizen by birth abandoned on behalf of the said TANYA MARIE DOCHERTY the surname of Armstrong and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Docherty.
