Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 1st September 1999 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 13th September 1999, PAUL RAMSEY GEORGE LEWIS, of 28 Woodman Court, Godalming, Surrey GU7 2BT, single, a British citizen under The British Nationality Act 1981, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Loutfi and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use the surname of Lewis instead of the surname of Loutfi so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Paul Ramsey George Lewis exclusively.
