THE RITCHIE GROUP RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME UNTRACED MEMBERS AND OUTSTANDING CREDITORS
The Trustees of The Ritchie Group Retirement Benefits Scheme (previously known as The Ritchie Print Pack Retirement Benefits Scheme) are finalising the winding-up of the scheme and wish to trace all persons who were employed by Ritchie (UK) Ltd (formerly known as Ritchie Group plc) prior to 6th April 1998 and were or are Members of the Scheme or any other persons who may have an interest in or claim against the Scheme. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27, Trustee Act 1925, that any person having an interest or claim against the Ritchie Group Retirement Benefits Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing to: Fraser Smart, Hymans Robertson Ltd, 221 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2ND, acting as agent of the Trustees, and to send such particulars not later than 31st December 1999, after which date the Trustees will distribute the Fund among the persons of whom they have notice and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. Claims need not be made by persons in receipt of communications from either the Trustees or Hymans Robertson regarding their interests in the Scheme within the last 12 months. A.
