Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
AM GROUP RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the AM Group
Retirement Benefits Plan (“the Scheme”), is winding-up. Previous names of the Scheme
are: Addressograph Multigraph Limited Pension Fund, Addressograph Multigraph Limited
Retirement Benefits Plan, AM Retirement Benefits Plan and AM International Information
Systems Limited Retirement Benefits Plan. The names of previous Participating Employers
in the Scheme are: AM Varityper Limited, AM International Leasing Limited, AM Admel
Limited (formerly AM Bruning Limited), AM International Information Systems Limited,
Varityper Limited and Sharfield Limited. The Scheme was operated by AM International
UK Limited (registered office PO Box 17, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
HP2 7ET), which is now in Liquidation. AM International UK Limited was previously
known as AM International (Holdings) Limited which traded from the same address.
Anyone, including former employees (whether full-time or part-time), having a claim
against the assets of the scheme are required to send their names, addresses and details
of their claim in writing to the Scheme Trustee, c/o Ingrid Everson, at Eversheds
Pension Trustees Limited, 115 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 3AL, on or before 18th January
2000.
After this date, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme to the persons
entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims of which it has notice.
The Trustee shall not be liable to any person whose claims or demands have not been
received by the Trustee. Notification is not required from persons who are currently
in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have received correspondence relating
to the Scheme from Eversheds Pension Trustees Limited.
