Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given, that the Supervisor of the Company Voluntary Arrangement intends paying a First and Final Dividend to unsecured non-preferential Creditors. Any such Creditor desiring to participate in such Dividend must, if they have not already done so, submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, K. B. Stout, of Keith Stout & Associates, 138 Park Lane, Romford, Essex RM11 1BE, before 31st December 1999, and, if so required, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Supervisor to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First and Final Dividend declared before he has proved and will be excluded from the Dividend.
