HIGHFIELD GEARS LIMITED CASH BENEFIT & ASSURANCE SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Trustees of the Highfield Gears Limited Cash Benefit and Assurance Scheme (the “Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any persons who believe that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme and who have not received a letter dated 22nd November 1999, from the Trustees of the Scheme should write to: Fountain Trustee Limited, 117 The Headrow, Leeds LS1 5JX, Ref. MEC/MJB, giving details of their claim to benefits under the Scheme. Any claim must be registered by 10th February 2000. No person making a claim after 10th February 2000 who is not presently known by the Trustees to be a beneficiary of the Scheme shall be entitled to benefit from the Scheme.
