BELLING & CO LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that all Creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Plan are required to send particulars in writing to Caroline Heckford, William M. Mercer, St. Martin’s House, 31-35 Clarendon Road, Watford WD2 4AA, on behalf of the Trustee, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation plc. within 2 months of the date of issue of this notice, after which date the Trustee will proceed to apply all remaining assets of the Plan in securing the liabilities attributed to the persons so entitled having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Plan or any part of them so applied to any persons of whose claims or demands they have then not had notice. If you have already been in contact with The Law Debenture Trust Corporation plc. (or William M. Mercer, formerly Sedgwick Noble Lowndes, on behalf of the Trustee) before, you need not respond to this notice.
