NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given, purusant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Thos Hill & Company Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) is winding-up. Any person who has or may have any claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars to Pointon York Trustees Ltd., The Crescent, King Street, Leicester LE1 6RX, within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within the said 2 months.
