Notice of Intended Dividends

In the Pontypridd County Court.  No. 2 of 1994 PAINTCRAFT (PARTNERSHIP)Formerly trading from premises at Unit 2, Old Ryan Buildings, Cardiff Road, Taffs Well, South Glamorgan. Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors in this matter, within 4 months from the last date for proving. Creditors who have not done so, should lodge their proofs of debt with the Liquidator, no later than 28th January 2000. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the Dividend, the distribution of that Dividend.
