A First Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter. If anyone considering themselves to be a Creditor but who has yet to prove their claim does not prove their debt and submit their claim in writing to the Liquidator, Raymond Hocking, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1M 1DA, by 28th January 2000, they will be excluded from this Dividend which is to be declared within 4 months from the last date for proving.
