Notice of Intended Dividends

CRINDAU (NEWPORT) LIMITED(formerly Sansoms (Newport) Limited)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator in this matter intends declaring a First Dividend to Creditors, who are required, if they have not already done so, on or before 8th February 2000, being the last day for proving, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, Barry Gibson Mitchell, of Pentre Farm House, Mamhilad, Gwent NP4 0JH, the Liquidator and, if so requested to provide further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb by reason that he has not participated in it, any dividend declared before his debt is proved. The dividend will be declared within the period of 4 months from the last day of proving.
