NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES TO SEND IN CLAIMS UNDER TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that all Creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Mr. Victor Bembridge, late of “Tanglewood”, Main Road, Cutthorpe, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, who died on 23rd February 1999, and whose will was proved in the District Probate Registry at Leeds on 12th January 2000, by Guy Bembridge and Paul Victor Bembridge, the Executors named in it are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 7th April 2000 after which date the said Executrixes will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amount the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and should not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
