UNIVERSITIES OF OXFORD AND CAMBRIDGE ACT 1923

A Statute made by the University of Oxford, on 20th January 2000, amending the Statutes, has been submitted for the approval of Her Majesty in Council, and notice of its having been so submitted is published in accordance with the provisions of the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge Act 1923. The purpose of the amendment is to reverse a proposed change in status of the Statutes relating to the composition of the University Council so that it remains a Statute approved by Her Majesty in Council.
