Notice is hereby given by the persons named below, all of 60 Suffield Hatch, off Suffield Road, Chingford, London E4 9TE, all Commonwealth citizens, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 37(1), each of whom give public notice that on 23rd July 1999, SAHIDAJOKHIA, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her respective names and surnames of Shahida Begum Mohammed Bashir Turia and assumed and adopted in place thereof the name and surname of Sahida Jokhia, SHABANAJOKHIA, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her respective names and surnames of Sabana Bashir Jokhiya Turiya and assumed and adopted in place thereof the name and surname of Shabana Jokhia, JABIR BASHIRJOKHIA, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his surname of Jokhiya Turiya and assumed and adopted in place thereof the surname of Jokhia, MAHAMED ZUBER BASHIRJOKHIA, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his respective names and surnames of Mahmad Juber Bashir Jokhiya Turiya and assumed and adopted in place thereof the name and surname of Mahmed Zuber Bashir Jokhia, and further that each such change of name or surname is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 23rd July 1999, executed by each of the above-mentioned persons and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 3rd February 2000.
