Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 17th November 1999 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 21st January 2000, Kay Faulding and Leeds City Council, of Civic Hall, Leeds LS1 1UR, as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of CHRISTOPHERGRANT, a child, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of England and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Grant.
