Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22nd November 1999 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18th January 2000, as parents on behalf of RAFIALI, a child, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Farhad Ali Rafe and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Rafi Ali, of Flat 2, Chaplin House, 40 Electric Lane, Brixton, London SW9 8LZ.
