ICL HOURLY-RATED EMPLOYEES PENSION SCHEME

Notice is given, pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, section 27, that all Members or other persons having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the ICL Hourly-rated Employees Pension Scheme established by
International Computers (Holdings) Limited, by deed dated 15th December 1969, are required to send particulars in writing to ICL Group Pensions, Beaumont, Burfield Road, Old Windsor, Berkshire SL4 2JP (marked for the attention of Ms. Alison Moss), on or before 3rd May 2000, after which date the Trustee of the Scheme will proceed to distribute the funds of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the funds of the Scheme so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
