TOFFEE DE BEURRE LIMITED PENSION AND ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim or interest in the Toffee de Beurre Limited Pension and Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) are required to send particulars of such claim or interest in writing by registered post to the Trustees of the Scheme c/o Mr. A. Best, Daintee Chocolate Confectionery Company (Blackpool) Limited, Clifton Road, Marton, Blackpool FY4 4QB, within two months of the date below. The Trustees of the Scheme will distribute the remaining Scheme assets in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed and Rules of the Scheme among the Members and any other persons entitled to benefit having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice by the end of that two month period and will not in respect of the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claims they shall not have had notice by the end of the two month period. Any person who has already been notified of having an entitlement under the Scheme, or has made a claim and received a response, need not re-apply to the Trustees. 7th March 2000.
