The Queen has directed that the appointment of John KevinAshcroft to be a Commander of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 30th December 1989, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The Queen has directed that the award of the British Empire Medal to Ernest RobertDonald, dated 31st December 1985, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of The Order of the British Empire.
