At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Fairfax House, Fulwood Place, London WC1V 6UB, on 25th February 2000, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Graham Henderson, of Henderson & Co, 12 Tumblewood Road, Banstead, Surrey SM7 1DX, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” N.
