Notice of Intended Dividends

It is intended to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors of the Company, within 4 months from 31st March 2000. Any Creditor of the Company who has not submitted a claim in the liquidation should submit a statement of claim by 30th April 2000 (the last day for proving) to the Liquidator, namely Richard Hill, of KPMG, 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG, or be otherwise excluded from this dividend.
