INSOLVENCY ACT 1986, SECTIONS 392 AND 393

Take note that I, Nicholas Charles OsbornLee, of Mazars Neville Russell, Lancaster House, 67 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 1NG, intend to apply to the Secretary of State under the provisions of the above Act for authorisation to act as an Insolvency Practitioner. Any person having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted should, within 28 days of publication of this notice, communicate such reason to the Department of Trade and Industry, Area 1.10, PO Box 203, 21 Bloomsbury Street, London WC1B 3QW.
