Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare and distribute a First Interim Dividend to Creditors within the period of 4 months from the last date of proving, being 5th June 2000. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before this date, to submit details of their claims, with evidence supporting the amount claimed to Carter Clark, Meridian House, 62 Station Road, Chingford, London E4 7BA. Creditors who do not prove their claims by the final date for proving will not be entitled to disturb, by reason that he had not participated in the Dividend, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.
