The Liquidators of Atlantic Computer Systems Plc give notice under the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that they intend to make an Interim Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the Company within 4 months from the last date for submitting claims. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidators, John Francis Soden and Richard Claude Boys-Stones, of PricewaterhousCoopers at Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, by 30th May 2000, which is the last day for submitting claims.
