Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 16th March 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 4th May 2000, KATE LOUISEPRIESTLEY, of 15 Craven Terrace, Hopwood Lane, Halifax, West Yorkshire HX1 4DY, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Teresa Anne Charlene Archard and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Kate Louise Priestley.
