Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Supervisor of the above-named Individual Voluntary Arrangement intends paying a First Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before Thursday, 22nd June 2000, to submit their proofs of debt to Helen Timothe Phillips, Phillips & Co., 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, the Supervisor of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Supervisor to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.
