Notice of Intended Dividends

(Partnership Voluntary Arrangement)
Notice is hereby given that the Supervisor of the above-named Partnership Voluntary Arrangement intends paying a First Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the above-named Partnership are required, on or before 27th October 2000, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, K. B. Stout, of Keith Stout & Associates, 138 Park Lane, Romford, Essex RM11 1BE, the Supervisor, and, if so required, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Supervisor to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend declared before he has proved.
