NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Britten-Norman Limited Pension and Life Assurance Plan (“the Plan”) is winding-up. Any person who has, or may have any claim or entitlement or interest in the Plan is required to provide written particulars to Robert Thomson, c/o CheckleyFisher, Empire House, 175 Piccadilly, London W1V 9DB, prior to 31st October 2000. After this date the Trustees of the Plan will distribute its assets having regard only to any claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 31st October 2000.
