THE SELLY OAK COLLEGES (1975) PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

The Trustees of The Selly Oak Colleges (1975) Pension & Life Assurance Scheme (The “Scheme”) hereby given notice that they intend to transfer all the assets and liabilities of the Scheme to the University of Birmingham Pension and Assurance Scheme and thereafter to wind up the Scheme. The Scheme provided benefits to and in respect of its members employed or formerly employed by The Central Council of Selly Oak Colleges, The Council of the Selly Oak Colleges Limited, The Centre for Black and White Christian Partnership, The Centre for the Study of Judaism and Jewish Christian Relations, Westhill College and Westhill College Enterprises Company Limited. The Scheme was established on 16th February 1975 and contributions were discontinued with effect from 1st August 1999. Anyone who believes they are entitled to a share of the assets of the Scheme and who has not already notified to the Trustees of the Scheme their claim to benefit should write to Mrs. R. Lynch, William M. Mercer Limited, Four Brindleyplace, Birmingham B1 2JQ, within two months of the date of the publication of this advertisement setting out the details of their claim.
