THE ALBERTO-CULVER COMPANY (UK) LIMITED 1975 PENSION FUND AND THE ALBERTO-CULVER COMPANY (UK) LIMITED 1977 PENSION FUND
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is given to all Members and former Members of either of the above Funds; and widows/widowers, children and other dependants of deceased Members and former Members. The above Funds have been closed and are in the process of being wound up and it is expected that they will be wound up with effect from 30th September 2000. The Trustees of the Funds need to contact all of the beneficiaries to inform them of their benefits and the arrangements being made to secure them. If you are a person to whom this notice applies and you have, or consider you have, a right to benefit under either of the above Funds, you should write giving your name, date of birth, National Insurance Number, address, name of Fund and dates of pensionable service to John Price at Alberto-Culver Company (UK) Limited, Lime Tree Way, Hampshire International Business Park, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG24 8WH. You should not reply to this notice if you have received a communication from the Trustees about your benefits. You should also not reply if your benefits have been transferred to another scheme or arrangement or were for life assurance only. Unless the Trustees already have notice of your rights to benefit you will lose your right to claim those benefits after 30th September 2000.
