Notice of Intended Dividends

ATLANTIC MEDICAL HOLDINGS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that the Liquidators of Atlantic Medical Holdings Limited give notice under the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that they intend to make an Interim Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the Company within 4 months from the last date for submitting claims. Creditors who have not already done so must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidators, Michael David Gercke and Adrian Richard Stanway, of PricewaterhouseCoopers at Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, by 6th September 2000, which is the last day for submitting claims.
