Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a Second Dividend to unsecured, non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 14th December 2000. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 14th September 2000, to send their proofs of debt to David Robert Wilton and Paul Finnity, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Abacus House, Castle Park, Gloucester Street, Cambridge CB3 0AN, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, and, if so required, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
