Notice of Intended Dividends

ACROW (ENGINEERS) LIMITED

The Liquidators of Acrow (Engineers) Limited give notice under the provisions of Rule 4.186 and 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that they intend to make a Final Dividend to the Creditors of the Company within 4 months from the last date of submitting claims. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidators, R. D. Allen and P. R. C. Densham, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, at Savannah House, 3 Ocean Way, Ocean Village, Southampton SO14 3TJ, by 18th September 2000, which is the last date for submitting claims. A Creditor who does not make a claim by that date will not be included in the proposed distribution. R. D. Allen, Joint Liquidator 10th August 2000.
