BERKELEY JCB PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE PLAN

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Berkeley JCB Pension and Life Assurance Plan (“the Plan”) is winding-up. Any person who has or may have a claim, entitlement or interest in the Plan and who has not heard from the trustees of the Plan in the last six months is required to provide written particulars to Mr Francois Barker, edge ellison, 18 Southampton Place, London WC1A 2AJ, prior to 30th October 2000.
After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan having regard only to the claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 30th October 2000.
