In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court  No. 4453 of 2000 In the Matter of FRONT COVER GIRLS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 Upon the application dated 22nd August 2000 of Front Cover Girls Limited, and upon hearing a Director of the Company in person and no-one appearing for Colour Image Processing Limited, the Petitioner, and upon reading the evidence, it is ordered that the Petition presented to the Court on 19th July 2000 be dismissed, and there be no Order as to costs. 25th August 2000.
