Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 24th May 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 24th July 2000, Ilyas Ismail Patel, on behalf of NABEEL ILYAS ISMAEEL, of 2 Furness Avenue, Little Harwood, Blackburn, Lancashire, a minor and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Nabeel Ilyas Patel and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Nabeel Ilyas Ismaeel.
