Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that I, Myles Antony Halley, Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors in the liquidation within 4 months of 31st October 2000. Debts incurred prior to the Receivership for which a Creditor has taken no actions to enforce are statute barred in the liquidation under the Limitation Act 1980. Any Creditor who believes their claim is not statute barred must provide details by 31st October 2000 or will be excluded from the Dividend.
