Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Anson Court, La Route des Camps, St. Martin, Guernsey, on 15th December 2000, at 10 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at the offices of Chandlers, Anson Court, La Route des Camps, St. Martin, Guernsey, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting. A. C.
