Notice of Intended Dividends

I, Ian Brown, of Deloitte & Touche, Gainsborough House, 34-40 Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6AE, Liquidator of Dial Plant Limited (in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) (“the Company”) hereby give notice to all Creditors of the Company, pursuant to Rule 11(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare a Final Dividend on 1st December 2000. Any Creditor of the Company wishing to prove in the liquidation that has not already done so should lodge a proof of debt at the above address by no later than 30th November 2000. I.
