HANFORD PLC PENSION SCHEME
NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees
are winding up the Scheme.
Any former employee of Hanford Plc or any associated Company who believes that he
or she was a Member of the above Scheme but who has not been contacted by Hanford
Plc or Aon Consulting since 1st June 2000 is required to write to The Trustees of
the Hanford Plc Pension Fund, c/o Aon Consulting (Mrs. A. Wescott), Briarcliff House,
Kingsmead, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 7TE.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and details of when
they worked for the Companies mentioned above. If any other person believes they have
a claim against or an interest in the Scheme, they are requested to write to the same
address setting out particulars of their claim. Claims must be made within 2 months
of the date of publication of this advertisement.
After the 2 month period, the Trustees will finalise securing benefits for any remaining
beneficiaries having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior
notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which they do not then
have notice.
