Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 4th August 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 31st October 2000, Suzanne Rosemary Todman, of 25 Chestnut Road, Boston, Lincolnshire, the mother having parental responsibility on behalf of LEANNE EMMA TODMAN, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Campbell and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Todman.
