STARCH PRODUCTS LTD (RSH SERVICE) SCHEME

The Trustees of the Starch Products Ltd (RSH Service) Scheme (“Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any person not currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme and who has not received a letter, dated 13th October 1999, from the Trustees of the Scheme should write to Richard Bamber & Company, The Old Halsall Arms, 2 Summerwood Lane, Halsall, Lancashire L39 8RJ, giving details of their claim to benefits under the Scheme. Any claim must be registered by 12th February 2001. No person making a claim after 12th February 2001 who is not presently known by the Trustees to be a beneficiary of the Scheme shall be entitled to benefit from the Scheme.
