Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Debtor herein within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. Last Day for Receiving Proofs—5th January 2001. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before the above date, to send their proofs of debt to Clive Everitt, of Shaw & Company, 195 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7AR, the Supervisor of the above-named Debtor. Any Creditor who has not proved their debt by the specified date will be excluded from any dividend payable. C.
