Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the J H Chappell (Underwriting Agencies) Limited Pension & Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by J H Chappell (Underwriting Agencies) Limited subsequently known as CLM Managing Agency Limited. If you were an employee and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme please contact John Norman, 65 Lower Road, Faversham, Kent ME13 7NG, within three months of the date of the publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which they have prior knowledge and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them within three months of the date of the publication of this advertisement.
