SYSTEMS RELIABILITY PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, to all person who may have a claim against the Systems Reliability Pension & Life Assurance Scheme. It is my intention to wind up the above Scheme and to distribute the assets of the Scheme in accordance with the Scheme Rules and the provisions of the Pensions Act 1995. If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or if the Independent Trustee has written to you regarding your benefits you do not need to respond to this advertisement as he already holds details of your benefits. If you believe you have a valid claim against the funds of this scheme, please write to me with full particulars of your claim by 28th February 2001. Once this deadline has been reached I will proceed with the winding-up of the scheme, taking account only of such claims that I have received by that date. D.
