Notice of Intended Dividends

ABERDEEN BEEFPACKERS (SCOTLAND) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company. Any Creditor who has not yet filed a claim is required, on or before 16th January 2001, to send his proof of debt to the undersigned, J. P. Richards, of Deloitte & Touche, Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, the Liquidator of the Company and to provide details or produce documentary or other evidence in support of their claim. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend. The Dividend will be declared within 4 months from 16th January 2001. J. P.
