THE NON-TEACHING STAFF SUPERANNUATION SCHEME OF THE LONDON HOSPITAL MEDICAL COLLEGE (“the Scheme”) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit or contingent or potential benefit from or interest in the above-named Scheme, which commenced winding-up on 31st July 1996 by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s employment with the London Hospital Medical College, is hereby requested to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement to Ms. J. Woodward, Punter Southall & Co., 126 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 4UJ, telephone 020-7839 8600, acting for the Trustees of the Scheme and to send such particulars not later than two months after appearance of this Notice, after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and entitlements of which the Trustees have had notice and will not, in respect of the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or entitlement it shall not then have had notice.
